The Harp 1A Expansion Project

The HARP 1A Expansion Project

Phase iv of Riverwalk enhancement

The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo is pleased to announce the start of a new construction project to further enhance the Riverwalk experience for the Pueblo Community and visitors.

Phase IV of the Riverwalk Enhancement Project includes extending the Channel towards Santa Fe Avenue and building a two-story, public serving Boathouse facility at the Riverwalk. This project will create an exciting welcome to visitors from near and far and the enchanting rooftop deck will provide space for public and private events with a stellar view!

The Boathouse

The Boathouse will welcome visitors both near and far to the Pueblo Riverwalk.

The lower level of the two-story multi-use facility will feature a space for additional public restrooms, excursion boat ticket sales, concessions, and a space for boat storage and maintenance.

The second level of the Boathouse will feature a permanent location for the HARP Authority Office, and two conference rooms with waterfront views that will be available for public use.

Last, but certainly not least, the open-air rooftop party deck will provide an elegant venue available for rent to the public for gatherings such as fundraisers, corporate events, weddings, and celebrations of all types!

PROJECT Q&A:
