OUR CLASSES

  1. Yoga in the Park
    A vinyasa flow set to music and held seasonally at the beautiful Riverwalk. This series allows the mind, body, and soul to adventure out under the sun and be one with nature. Suitable for yogis of all levels and ages
  2. Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
    In these fusion classes, small groups set out on the SUP boards. After warming up with a gentle paddle, the yoga class begins. Lasting between 45 minutes to an hour. The class includes a full vinyasa sequences, the instructor even gets students up into advanced yoga postures like headstand and full wheel if they're ready for it, though experience isn't necessary.
  3. HIIT Boot Camp
    This bootcamp combines the best of core work and high intensity interval training in a plan that will transform your body and inspire your overall well being! If you want to kick up your fitness and are up for challenging workouts that fast track your body into shape this class is for you! Not only will you increase functional strength but, you will fire up your metabolism, and bring your body and health to a whole new level. COME CREATE A STRONGER YOU!
  4. Zumba
    Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party! Its easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community
